Kodak always make great solid films the colours are always vibrant with great quality and this shines through in the Ektar100 it’s a great quality film for taking great solid shots.
The Ektar100 is a professional film great for nature, wildlife, fashion due to the colour pallet being so vivid the grain is also very fine and I found I got really detailed shots.
This film is a 35mm colour negative with ISO 100 and 36 shots.
This film being ISO 100 needs a lot of light to be shot to its full potential however that being said some of my favorite images using this film were taken at sunset as they have such a golden glow from how the film picks up the sunlight which i loved.
This film is professional the colours are crisp and sharp it’s a great rival for digital images if your shooting a wedding or want good quality holiday snaps this would be a good film of choice.
My only critique is i would argue it loses the slight nostalgia and charm that I personally like from film photography but it does produce some lovely shots.
These are a few images captured using Ektar100 on a Pentax P30
